With nearly two decades in financial services, including Co-CTO at Fortress Investment Group and CTO at Oak Hill Advisors, Founder Gary Dmitriev has led enterprise-wide transformations, integrating advanced analytics, automation, and bespoke solutions eliminating inefficiencies and creating a competitive advantage.

Seeing how outdated systems and fragmented data limit growth, he founded CrestPoint Strategic Advisors, a boutique technology professional services firm focused on private markets investors, to deliver a smarter, more strategic approach to technology. His mission is to ensure that firms moving beyond the startup phase have the right systems, automation, and infrastructure to drive long-term success.

We focus on two core areas. First, we lead technology and data transformations—often acting as the client-side implementation lead for leading platforms—ensuring operating models, workflows, and centralized data foundations are designed for scale, efficiency, and better decision-making.
